Liability
Estate Kattenbergse Hoeve is not liable for :

• Damage or injury incurred as a result of staying on our property ;
• Damage experienced through the use of on-site facilities ;
• Damage claims arising from noise pollution caused by third parties ;
• Information provided orally or by telephone ;
• Disabling and/or being out of use of facilities and/or amenities
• Damage caused by weather conditions, including storms, water, etc.

AED
If necessary, you can use the AED. This hangs outside on the wall near the store next to bar/restaurant the Hoeve.

Garbage - bulky waste
Estate Kattenbergse Hoeve is an environmentally conscious park. Please help us keep the grounds clean. We kindly ask you to separate the waste in the waste disposal area. Bulky waste including furniture, garden sets, mattresses, party tents, bicycles and the like can be offered at Ter Horst in Goor. Refrigerators and electrical appliances can be handed in at Ter Horst free of charge.

Green waste
Green waste can be deposited at the green waste dump, it is currently located at the back of our property, on lots/lots 172 and 174.

Ambulance - fire department - police
Please call 112 only in case of emergency and life-threatening situations. You can call for non-emergency assistance at the national police service number / 0900-8844.

Kattenbergse Hoeve Estate has the (national) SOS access system, ambulances have a transmitter on board which communicates with all kinds of access gates, including the barrier of Kattenbergse Hoeve Estate. This allows emergency workers to open the barrier from the ambulance. This way, ambulance services can enter and leave our grounds 24 hours a day and 7 days a week in case of an emergency.

Protocol emergency services - ambulance:

1. Always call 911 immediately!
2. Alert your neighbors and have them go to the barrier to receive the ambulance
3. Do not leave the victim alone
4. Also call and inquire us/Landgoed Kattenbergse Hoeve at 0547-700230
5. We will also be called by the ambulance service to check details and will also make our way to the entrance gate (and take over from e.g. neighbors)
6. We make every effort to be at the barrier to accommodate and provide emergency services. At the same time, we cannot guarantee this 100% and cannot be held liable.

Cars
Reception can register your license plate number so that the barrier opens and you have access to the park. A maximum of two passenger cars may be parked at each property (on camping pitches and at rental chalets one car) provided they are on their own lot. Visitors must park outside the gate. It is not allowed to leave trailers/caravans/folding trailers/boats etc. at your object for long periods (maximum 1 week).

Barbecue
We would like to remind you that barbecuing with charcoal/briquettes, as well as the use of fire pits, all-burners, garden fireplaces, is prohibited throughout the year. So please barbecue on gas, or electric.

Visit
Are friends or relatives coming to visit ? They are most welcome. There is no charge for daytime visits. If your guests are staying overnight, please notify the reception in advance. The overnight rate is Euro 4,- per person/per night (Euro 20,- per person/per week). For annual pitches it is possible to pay Euro 75,- per year which includes all visits (notification required). Children up to 5 years are free. You are responsible for the behavior and payment of your guest(s).

Drone use
It is prohibited to fly a drone over the campground and sports field.

Gas cylinders
Gas cylinders for your property can be purchased at the front desk.

Pets
Pets are allowed, a maximum of 2 dogs per comfort pitch. Dogs must be kept on a leash on the premises and walked outside the park. If an accident does happen, we kindly ask you to clean it up.

Chores
For guests with a permanent place, major maintenance and chores are only allowed outside of vacations and public holidays. We kindly ask you to consult with the reception before doing any major maintenance or chores that involve noise or nuisance. Building fences is not allowed. Building sheds, maximum one shed per property, must always be done in consultation. No digging is allowed on the grounds due to underlying cables. Please inquire at the reception for more information.

Night Rest
From 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. as much peace and quiet as possible should be observed. We kindly ask you not to drive your car on our grounds during this time. If you arrive later or have to leave earlier, please park your car temporarily outside the gate.

Emergency
In the event of an emergency or malfunction, please call outside business hours at: 0547-700230

Subletting
Subletting is only possible with the permission of Landgoed Kattenbergse Hoeve. Ask for information at the reception.

Party tents and canopies
The maximum size of a party tent is 9m2 (3x3m.). In winter, party tents, canopies, windbreaks and other patio furniture should be removed.

Permanent occupancy
Permanent occupancy is not permitted under any circumstances.

Mail
Should there be any mail for you, it will be kept for you in the reception area.

Recron
On Landgoed Kattenbergse Hoeve the Recron conditions apply.

Speed
We ask that you drive at a walking pace across our grounds in consideration of your and others' safety.

Pruning
Pruning of shrubs and felling of trees is only by agreement.

Flagpoles
Flagpoles, flags, pennants and degelijke are not permitted.

Selling your object
If you intend to sell your object, you must notify and discuss this with the reception at all times. When an object is sold, the pitch automatically reverts to Kattenbergse Hoeve Estate, so a new guest can only take over the pitch after consultation. If the object is sold, all outstanding amounts must be paid before the transfer. If the object cannot be sold on the place, a fee will be charged to clean up the place and remove the object.
