‍Bicycle Rental Terms and Conditions2024

• The renter is deemed to have received and will return the bicycle in good condition.
• The bikes are insured against damage and theft or total loss with a deductible of €75.00 in case of damage and €250.00 in case of theft or total loss.
• If there is an increased risk, the standard rental conditions will be cancelled and the costs for both theft/total loss and damage will be 100% borne by the renter. These different conditions will always be confirmed in writing on the rental receipt or by mail.
• Bicycles must always be locked. If this is not the case, the renter is fully liable.
• The deductible must be paid in cash upon return.
• The renter bears full legal liability for damages caused to third parties.
• The landlord is entitled to have a deposit paid.
• If a reservation is cancelled due to e.g. rain then the tenant will owe 50% of the rental fee. This applies to cancellations made two days or less in advance. If the tenant makes a new reservation, the 50% of the rental fee is a down payment on the new reservation.

Bike rental for one day
For day rentals, the bike must be returned the same day before 8:00 pm. Upon rental, the renter agrees to the Terms and Conditions.

Insurance and deductible‍

• All bicycles are insured
• Excess in the event of damage: €75.00
• Excess in case of theft: € 250.00
• The bicycle must always be locked. If this is not the case, the renter is fully liable.
• Damage or theft to be paid before departure.
