We will then send you a payment reminder. If you do not pay within the set period, your booking will be cancelled according to the RECRON conditions. You will receive a cancellation notice.
Did you leave your vacation rental according to our rules and no outstanding amount is outstanding? Then we usually refund the deposit within 7 working days after departure.
No, that is not possible. Your booking must be paid in full in advance.
After booking, choose the desired payment method. The full amount at once. A deposit of 50% within 15 days and the rest no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Or monthly installments. If you do not want to make a deposit, then pay the full amount at once. This must be done within 15 days of booking. If you do not make a choice, the payment method will automatically be deposit. On My Roompot you can always choose to pay the amount in one go. Changing to installment payment is no longer possible.
Booked within 8 weeks before arrival? Then you pay the entire amount at once.
Sometimes additional cleaning or repair work is needed in a vacation rental after departure. The costs we incur for this will then be paid from the deposit. You can avoid this by leaving your accommodation tidy before your departure. The amount of the deposit is shown in the cost overview during the booking process. Have you already booked? Then you can find the standard deposit amount on your confirmation.
No, you can only pay by pin or cash at Kattenbergse Hoeve Estate.
